Ascend Realty is a five year-old, woman-owned small business specializing in residential real estate sales in Juneau, Alaska.
We believe that all buyers and sellers of real estate deserve professional, honest representation and sincere, dedicated support. The Juneau market is small, unique, and ever-changing. Our team offers special expertise in waterfront properties, preparing and staging homes for listing, operational strategy and processes, and online marketing and sales. Working as a Realtor is a big responsibility. Representing people when they are stressed out, making significant financial investments, and are uncertain about where they are going to live is both challenging and rewarding. I’m a competitive person who is dedicated to being at the top of my game and in real estate, I use that drive to support my clients through thick and thin as we strive for the win.
Opening Ascend Realty in 2020 enabled me to channel my energy into bringing professionalism and integrity to the community while supporting buyers and sellers in achieving or exceeding their goals. The stories my team and I share at our staff meetings are about how excited we were when a buyer found their dream home just when they were ready to give up and when the offer strategy we created and terms we negotiated enabled them to buy that house, and how exciting it is to share in their success. We also love it when we are able to represent a property that is a bit out of the ordinary (and kind of typical in Juneau, Alaska), and it sells for over asking price in a weekend. And both of those scenarios happen often because we focus our efforts on helping to create the best possible outcomes.

I’m proud to call myself a lifelong Alaskan and third generation ‘Juneauite’ with deep roots in this wonderful community. My husband, Scott, and I raised 3 children here, and we have enjoyed all the amenities of outdoor life, close friends and family, and the special opportunities that living in Alaska brings.
My first professional career was as an interior designer for an architectural firm where I served clients all over Alaska for over 30 years and eventually became a firm partner. The firm's focus on client service, creative solutions, hard work under tight deadlines, and adherence to budget constraints are all skills I bring to real estate.
I understand building design, construction, and aesthetics and have also owned a home staging business for over 9 years helping prepare homes for sale for Juneau real estate agents. It is exciting and rewarding to bring my training, expertise, and professional practice together to help my real estate clients meet their needs.
