As part of our listing agreement, one of the services we provide is marketing your property. Not only do we list your property on the MLS, we also advertise it on social media and on this website. Your property will appear on our Listings Page and will have its own landing page with detailed specifics to help attract the best buyer. As the status of your listing changes from active to pending to under contract to sold, we will reflect this status change on our website.
